MKS Cutaway Mouthpieces are machined from stainless steel and are of exceptional quality and durability.  I run my business with integrity and am always very concerned about the quality of any product with my name on it.  

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of any MKS Cutaway Mouthpiece, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for either a full refund of the product price or an equal exchange.  I can not refund any shipping charges for returns except in the case of a damaged or defective product.  Any returned item(s) must be shipped in the original undamaged clam shell packaging for protection.  All returned items must be shipped with a carrier that provides a tracking number and the tracking number must accompany any request for a refund.  All refunds will be given only after I have received the item(s).
